Easy stove top meal that tastes great!

  • 1 c. onion, any type, organic
  • 4 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. bell pepper, green, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. bell pepper, red, fresh, organic
  • 4 tbs. chili pepper, jalapeno, fresh, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, organic, free-range
  • 1 c. tomato puree, organic
  • 1 tsp. chili powder, organic
  • 1 tsp. bouillon, chicken, free-range, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 2 pinch cayenne pepper, powder, organic
  • 2 2/3 c. chicken, cooked, free-range, organic
  • 2/3 c. kidney beans, canned, organic
  • 2/3 c. pinto beans, canned, organic
  • 3 c. rice, brown, organic
  • 1 oz. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic

  1. In a large skillet, saute onion in juice from chicken for 3 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and garlic and saute until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in broth, tomato puree, chili powder, boullion, salt and cayenne; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  5. Add chicken, beans and rice and heat through.
  6. Serve with sprinkled cheddar cheese on top.
