Really yummy side dish.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, raw honey (warmed a bit but not hot), and sea salt. Whisk until smooth.
Shred apple and cabbage in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss gently to coat. Cover, and let chill until slaw is desired temperature.
Recipe makes 4 servings at 3/4 cup each.
