Simple yet perfect. The carb and protein servings are optional and depend on how much granola or fruit you add.

  • 1/2 c. strawberries, frozen, organic
  • 1 banana, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. yogurt, plain, full-fat, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, organic

I use about a small handful or spoonfuls of frozen strawberries that are halved. Use what looks like half a serving. I add that and two peices of banana in a blender. I blend those until they are chunky. I add the yogurt and vanilla and blend until silky smooth. I add that to a nice looking cup or dish and add granola, oats, or whatever you like to count for a protein or fiber serving. :]
