Rich and satisfying flavors meld great!

  • 2 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 2 oz. pecans, raw, organic
  • 4 tbs. mustard seed, ground, organic
  • 16 oz. salmon, fresh, wild-caught

Mix honey, chopped pecans, and mustard together. Clean salmon and remove skin if desired. Place salmon, skin side down, on foil covered baking dish. Spread honey mixture evenly across top of salmon fillets. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until fish is no longer transparent inside.
