Delicious! If you like grouper, this sauce puts it over the top!

  • 10 oz. grouper, fresh, wild-caught
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 c. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. onion, any type, organic
  • 1/8 c. garlic chili sauce, organic
  • 1 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 fl oz. water, purified
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 2 c. rice, brown, organic

Pat dry grouper with a paper towel. Heat a nonstick frying pan to med. high, add oil and sear fish 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Take care not to overcook grouper. Remove fish, set aside and keep warm.

Add tomato, onion, garlic, sweet chili sauce, water and salt to the same pan. Cook until tomato is soft, approximately 5 minutes.

Place rice in center of plate, place grouper on rice and pour sauce over the grouper with some sprinkled cilantro or parsley.
