This is a great lunch, all the portions in one.

  • 2 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 tbs. onion, any type, organic
  • 1/2 c. water, purified
  • 1 pickles, dill, kosher, organic
  • 1 lettuce, any type, organic
  • 1 oz. cheese, shredded, any type, raw, organic
  • 1 tortilla, sprouted whole grain, organic

Mix together tuna, Greek yogourt, onion seasoning, dill pickle. Put lettuce on wrap, top with tuna mixture and cheese.
