Tasty grab-and-go snack!

  • 1/2 c. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1/2 c. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1/2 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 1/4 c. raisins, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 3 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic

Combine almond butter, almonds, honey, oats, raisins, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor. Blend until smooth. (A few chunks are okay, especially if you enjoy a little crunch in your treats.)

Place flax seed meal in a small bowl.

Use a tablespoon to portion out the batter from the food processor. Roll batter between palms of hands and then roll around in the ground flaxseed meal, coating the outside completely. Remove ball from ground flax, roll again into a ball, and place on wax paper. Continue this process for the remaining batter.

Place in refrigerator for a few hours. Then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
