  • 20 chicken wings, free-range, organic
  • 3 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 c. coconut flour, organic
  • 0.5 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic

Melt coconut oil in frying pan on stove Roll chicken wings in raw honey and coat in coconut flour Cook in coconut oil until done and crispy
