Delicious, easy to make Salmon with no pan to clean up! :-) You cook this in individual foil or parchment paper packets.

  • 12 oz. salmon, fresh, wild-caught
  • 1/4 c. lime juice, pure, organic
  • 3 tbs. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 6 pepper sauce, organic

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Prepare 4 (12x12 inch) squares of aluminum foil, lightly greased (or use parchment paper). Place a piece of salmon on each foil square. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients; drizzle evenly over fish. Tightly seal foil into packets. Place baking sheet in the oven for 2 minutes to preheat. Put packets of fish onto the hot baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Makes 4 servings

You can season these with spices that you love and lemon juice works equally well, too.
