Tastes and looks like the real thing without the mercury!
Rinse and drain the beans. Using a fork, mash the beans in a quart sized bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Thoroughly mix. Store in the fridge. Makes about 2 cups "tuna" salad, so each serving is 1/2 cup.
