Tired of oil-based dressings? Try this creamy blue cheese dressing on your salad or with any spicy foods.

  • 2 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coconut sugar, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard seed, ground, organic
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 oz. cheese, blue, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic

Combine all ingredients and mix well, smashing the larger chunks of blue cheese into smaller pieces. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to infuse more blue cheese flavor into the dressing.
