This is a high vitamin, high protien breakfast drink thats easy to make. I drink this about twice a week in the morning & I noticably feel better on days I have one.
Put all ingredients in the blender & blend. The bok choy makes it very thin so I make it right when I wake up, pour it in a to go cup and put it back in the freezer. I grab it before I leave & it gets a little more frozen. You can add ice to make it thicker also but it makes almost 32 ouces without the ice.
*If you use protein powder, add 2 protein.
