A good for you drink that tastes just like apple cider.

  • 6 fl oz. water, purified
  • 1 tbs. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 1 lemon, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1 tbs. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste

Bring water to boil and pour in mug. Stir in apple cider vinegar, the juice of one lemon, finely ground flax seeds, cinnamon, and stevia. Enjoy!
