This is such a delicious salad that's gets better everyday!
Mix curry powder, minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar for the dressing. Chop into bit size pieces the green onions, any color pepper, tomato, peach, and pear, and cut grapes in half and add to a large bowl. Toss with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
