These green beans taste like fall!
Wash and trim green beans. Steam beans for about five minutes, until crisp tender. Drain.
Combine green beans, diced apple, finely chopped scallions, and thyme (stem removed) in a bowl. Toss with dressing (olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, honey, and ginger) until well coated.
