My sister came up with a meatloaf recipe and emailed it to me, and it was a little too complicated for me, half of the stuff I didn't even know where to find in the store. So I cut this, removed that, and came up with a very very simple meatloaf recipe which I think is absolutely delicious. Let me know what you guys think.

  • 1/2 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 lbs. turkey, ground, grass-fed or pastured, organic

  1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees.
  2. Add turkey, salt, egg, and oats in bowl. Mix until well combined. (Best to use your hands)
  3. Make ingredients into loaf-like shape and place in a oven safe bread pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hr. If my dad is dining with me I keep it in the oven for another 10 minutes or so, he likes it really dry. Just monitor it for your liking. And enjoy!
