A yummy way to have protein.

  • 1/2 c. salmon, canned, wild-caught
  • onion, red, organic to taste
  • 1 c. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste

mix all of the ingredients together, mash with fork. This makes 2 servings. Great on sprouted bread or with celery sticks.
