Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper Hummus
Roast garlic and red bellpepper under broiler with a little olive oil until slightly charred. Place the garlic and red bellpepper in blender and add the garbanzo beans, Tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blending after each ingredient. You may need to add a little (1T) of the reserved liquid to reach correct texture. Puree until smooth. *Omit the Red Pepper Flakes for a mild flavor and add more or less to taste.
**As a vegetarian, one serving would be 1 protein and 1 fat.
