I really enjoyed these recipe from withstyle.me. Great little carb to take on the go. If you like Indian food, then you will enjoy these.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, curry powder and salt. On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly. If you want to sprinkle more curry and salt, you can. Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally. Let cool before you enjoy.
Store them in a ziplock bag.
