Oatmeal, flaxseed and hunny a great start to any day.

  • 1/2 c. oatmeal, cooked, organic
  • 1 c. water, purified
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic

Boil oats and water on low medium heat approx 2/3 mins. Serve in bowl with tablespoon of flaxseed and honey. Enjoy this is a great start to any day keep u going until lunch
