1 cup of beans soaked 12+ hours (removes starch). Cook in organic chicken broth. Chop onion, dice carrots & celery (small), etc. and cook with beans. Add herbs (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, etc.). Cook for one hour.

  • 1 c. aduki beans, organic
  • 4 c. chicken broth, organic, free-range
  • 1/2 c. carrot, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. celery, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 onion, any type, organic
