Blueberries and cream - what a great combo for dessert! Nothing could be more simple to make, so try this for dessert or have it as a snack.

  • 2 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia, loose
  • 1 c. blueberries, fresh, organic

Combine Greek yogurt with stevia. Spoon half of the blueberries in a large stemmed wine glass. Top with half of the yogurt. Then add remaining blueberries and remaining yogurt. It's that simple!
