An easy recipe to adapt to your favorite greens. I like to add a variety of greens to this recipe; although, very good with your choice of a green.
Wash and drain greens. Remove tough stems. Slice leaves into 1/2-inch strips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and pepper flakes and stir-fry for a minute or two. Add the greens, mustard and stir to coat the spices. Combine the apple cider vinegar and sugar (or steviva) and add to the greens in the skillet. Cook covered over medium heat until greens are tender, about 5-6 minutes. Serve warm!!
