Do you want to blast your fat now? No, I mean right now, today, this minute? What a silly question because I know that your answer is a resounding, "Yes!!!" Oh, and did I mention that you don't have to take any crazy, dangerous pills or buy into any quick-fix schemes? Sounds too good to be true, right? It doesn't have to be if you follow my four easy steps and shed that muffin top!

Step 1 - Eliminate Anything White

No more white bread, no more white flour, no more white sugar. It all has to go if you want to lose fat fast and in a healthy manner. All of these "white" foods are processed so much that most of the original flavors and nutrition are no longer present. White foods include:

  • Pasta
  • Bread
  • Crackers
  • White potatoes
  • White rice
  • Pasteurized dairy products
  • Some cereals

Step 2 - Ban Most Drinks

Water should be your staple drink. It cleanses the body, hydrates the skin and cells, and helps to move toxins and waste out of your system. If you must drink coffee in order to prevent withdrawal, go ahead and add a cup in the morning, but water should be your main beverage all day long, every day. You will need to eliminate all sodas, flavored coffee and water drinks, alcohol, and all pasteurized dairy.

Step 3 - No More Wheat

Wheat has an amazing ability to hold fat on the body. Wheat, even whole grain wheat, can leave you feeling bloated and heavier than you need to be, so again, no crackers, no bread, and no cereals.

Step 4 - Add Fat Burning Foods

There are such things as fat burning foods and you should be adding them to your diet. The key is to keep your liver squeaky clean and lemon is a great way to achieve that. Add lemon to each glass of water you drink so you get your daily dose. Also, some foods take more calories to burn so ingesting more of them will help you to burn more fat. These include:

  • Peppers - cayenne, jalapeno, and habaneros
  • Berries
  • Organic Eggs
  • Saturated Fats - olive and coconut oil

These are just a few fat burning foods, but by adding them into your diet while simultaneously eliminating wheat products, white products, and unnecessary beverages, you will see that unwanted fat dropping away in no time.
