You also agree that any dispute between you and us, excluding any intellectual property right infringement claims we pursue against you, shall be settled solely by confidential binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association commercial arbitration rules. All claims must arbitrated on an individual basis, and cannot be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of anyone else. All arbitration must occur in Denver, CO, USA. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.

16. PRICING. The total price of the Beyond Diet Program depends on which options are selected during the purchase process. There will be a one-time payment for each product selected, as will be clearly stated from the purchase page.
17. RETURN POLICY. You have a full 60 days to try Beyond Diet and related products. If for any reason during the 60 day refund period you are dissatisfied with Beyond Diet and related products, simply submit a request to the contact page to cancel. Our Customer Service team will process the return and accounts will be credited within 5 business days. All sales after the 60 Day refund period are final.
18. FREE E-COURSE. Users are required to provide an email address to receive the e-course. E-course will be delivered via email to the user once a day for 7 consecutive days following sign up.
19. YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT. As a Beyond Diet member you may submit content to the site, including photos and user comments. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on Beyond Diet. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish content you submit. You agree that content you submit to Beyond Diet will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Beyond Diet all of the license rights granted herein. Beyond Diet does not endorse any content submitted to Beyond Diet by any user or other licensor. Beyond Diet does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the website, and Beyond Diet will remove all content if properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
