How much does the Beyond Diet program cost? Is it a one-time fee, or will I be charged monthly/yearly?

The Beyond Diet program costs $47. This is a one-time fee for a lifetime membership; there are no recurring fees.

Will I receive books or other materials in the mail, or is everything available online?

Everything you need for the Beyond Diet program can be found online as part of the $47 digital program. After you become a member, you can also purchase a hard copy of the program, valued at $64.95, for the difference of $17.95 + shipping and handling from the download page.

Will my spouse and I be able to share an account, or will we have to pay separately?

Your online account is specific to you. However, as a one-time courtesy, we can set your spouse up with a complimentary account so that you both can benefit from the program!

Will I ever lose access to my account and program information?

No. There is no expiration date for your account and the online program materials. Once you join, you will have access for life!

Can I download/view the program on my IPad or smartphone?

The digital program can be accessed from any mobile device that has Internet access.

Is there an app?

Not yet, but we hope to create one in the future to better serve our mobile members.

Will I have to eat all organic on the Beyond Diet program?

Beyond Diet recommends eating all natural foods, with organic being the best choice. However, it is not necessary to go completely organic; you will still see results!

How will this program be personalized for me?

One of the first things you will do after becoming a member is determine your metabolism type and how many servings of carbohydrates, fat, and protein you should be having at each meal. The meal plans provided as part of the program will then reflect your specific servings.

Will this program work for me if I am a vegetarian?

Yes! Vegetarianism is a great diet choice. However, as a vegetarian, it is still essential that you choose the right foods to put in your body. The program outlines the best protein choices for vegetarians, and there are vegetarian meal plans.

Is this program safe for the whole family, including kids?

Absolutely. Isabel has two children, and they eat the same way she does: the Beyond Diet way! Teaching your kids to eat healthy at a young age will help them make healthy choices for the rest of their lives.

How much exercise is required for the diet to work?

Exercise is strongly recommended, but it is not a requirement for the program. If you follow the program by itself, you will see results. However, exercise is not just about losing weight. Getting adequate exercise relieves stress; fights depression; improves brain function; and wards off heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

I live outside of the United States and I am having trouble finding some of the foods that the program suggests. Is this program going to work for me?

If you have access to a grocery store, you can make this program work! Any specialty items, such as supplements, can be purchased online, if necessary.

Will I have to cook on this program?

You can do just fine on this program with limited cooking skills or time.

Do you measure vegetables cooked or raw?

The serving sizes referenced in the meal plans are for raw fruits and vegetables.

What does "SWG" mean?

"SWG" stands for "sprouted whole grain." The process of sprouting changes grain's composition in numerous ways that make it more beneficial as a food. (Read more about this in the "Grains" chapter of the manual.) Isabel recommends Food for Life brand's Ezekiel 4:9 organic, sprouted, whole-grain products. You can find these products in many local grocery and health food stores.

The metabolism test says I'm a protein type, but I feel like I'm a carb type. What should I do?

Start out by following the Mixed Type servings and meal plans. For the next two weeks, pay close attention to how you feel throughout the day. After two weeks, retake the metabolism test. Your results should be more accurate after really paying attention to what your body needs.

What if I don't like a certain food in the meal plan? Can I switch it out?

Of course! You can swap any protein for another protein, any carb for another carb, and any fat for another fat. However, when swapping carbs, keep in mind that substituting a grain for a vegetable might not be the best idea.

What is the difference between the 14 Days program and the Quick Start program?

The Quick Start program was designed to give you meal plans to follow while you become familiar with Beyond Diet. Rather than having a very specific meal plan, you have choices. The 14 Days of Supercharged Meal Plans is a one-size-fits-all approach to losing weight. It is based on a 1,600-calorie diet, with all your food choices mapped out for you. This meal plan should be followed as closely as possible for the best results.

Thank you so much for Beyond Diet! I have been researching, struggling to get my diet (and my weight) under control for several years now. The intro in the Beyond Diet manual had significant impact on me and I'm hoping this will be the end of my search and my struggle. Thank you in particular for putting it so bluntly, looking and feeling good takes dedication and commitment. Though it seems like common sense, I needed to hear it. I was looking for the easy way. Sharing that you yourself pull out your positive affirmations and read them as many times as it takes to get you out of a negative mind set had a huge impact on me! Also, I've heard a lot about how obesity contributes to diabetes, heart disease, etc. over the years but it all seemed like the Charlie Brown wa, wa, wa, wa, wa! But... the specific information that sugar leaches calcium from your bones and teeth made a huge impression on me. I love sugar and I finally have accepted that I just have to give it up! Thank you, again. I appreciate all you do.

I'm losing weight. I like your site and program. I joined you for the food ideas under the recipe section. Keep posting them. I'd like to see this section grow. After all, this is the section that everyone uses to implement change. I'm not a cook or chef by any stretch. But, I can read and follow instructions. With your Isabel approved recipes, I don't feel at all like I'm on a diet. It's a life style change that will last.
